Who is responsible

What we collect, and why

When you use the contact form we collect the details you enter: name, work email, company (optional), type of need, message and budget range (optional). We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a possible collaboration.

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), given by ticking the box before sending, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (art. 6.1.f). Providing the required fields is necessary for us to reply.

If you write to us by email, we process your email address and message for the same purpose.

Who receives your data

Your data is read by the Highthem team only. We never sell it, share it for marketing, or send a newsletter. It transits through our technical provider Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, email routing and the anti-spam check Cloudflare Turnstile), which acts as a processor.

Cloudflare is based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 3 years after our last contact, then deleted. If we work together, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and the statutory limitation periods. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to hello@highthem.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across sites. Your language choice may be remembered in your browser’s local storage, which is strictly functional. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam; it is necessary to secure the form and does not profile you.
